Nijimi Sometsuke Blue Rice Bowls Set of 2 - Hishimon

Serve a single portion of rice, salads, appetizers and more with this beautiful set of bowls. The round shape makes it easy to hold and is ideal for all ages. The design is complicated yet the simple blue and white colors can accommodate other tableware. The blurred pattern looks like it's drawn on a cloth, providing a soft and warm appearance. The Hishimon design uses a shape of a diamond, that was commonly used for samurai's crest called Kamon since the Heian period.
